Meet your coach

Hi, I'm Dustie Samson

My journey began in bodybuilding. I stepped on stage myself, learned what it truly takes to compete, and experienced firsthand the discipline, structure, and mindset required to transform a physique.

What started as part time training alongside competing quickly became something much bigger. Nearly a decade ago, I committed fully to coaching and turned my passion into my profession.

Since then, I have guided hundreds of transformations. I have coached clients through their first lifestyle changes, through major body recompositions, and all the way to stepping on stage for their own competitions. I understand the physical demands, the mental shifts, and the consistency required because I have lived it.

Today, my focus is helping women build strength with structure and confidence with clarity. My coaching blends experience, precision programming, and real accountability so progress is sustainable and measurable.

I am also building the next evolution of my coaching with the upcoming release of the Raise Your Bar fitness app, designed to bring structure, support, and high level guidance into your daily routine.
